WiseTools Online Support Portal

Connect to the support portal at:


https://wisetools.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new

From here, you can:

Sign Up

  1. Create a login ID

    • Under Welcome in the upper right corner, click "Sign up " .
       

  2. Enter the required registration information and click "Register".

Create a Ticket without a User ID

  1. From the WiseTools Support main window, enter the required data, attach a document if wanted, and click "Submit".

Login to the WiseTools Support Portal

  1. Login in to the support portal

    • Under Welcome in the upper right corner, click "Login".

    • Enter your user name and password.

    • Click LOGIN.
