WiseTools Online Support Portal
Connect to the support portal at:
https://wisetools.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new
From here, you can:
Sign Up

Create a login ID

Under Welcome in the upper right corner, click "Sign up " .

Enter the required registration information and click "Register".
Create a Ticket without a User ID

From the WiseTools Support main window, enter the required data, attach a document if wanted, and click "Submit".
Login to the WiseTools Support Portal

Login in to the support portal

Under Welcome in the upper right corner, click "Login".

Enter your user name and password.

Click LOGIN.

Call or eMail us if you have any questions regarding the online process.
